    Account Manager

    Position Location: Conway, NH

    Summary

    The Echo Group has been a leader in providing electronic health records and billing software to behavioral health organizations across America for over 30 years. We are seeking an outstanding sales executive to fill the role of Account Manager working with our existing customers and generating new business for our software and services.

    The Echo Group offers a strong benefit package, base salary and aggressive commission plan for top performers. Candidates with exceptional healthcare software sales from the Northwest, or Southwest regions may be considered for a work at home opportunity.


    In this position you will create success by:

    1. Generating sales of all Echo products and services to new and existing customers. This includes Clinician’s Desktop/Revenue Manager, ShareCare; Revenue Cycle Management, SaaS, IT consulting services.
    2. Managing existing customer accounts to ensure client satisfaction, reference status and add-on sales.
    3. Represent Echo at trade shows, conferences and seminars on a national scale.
    4. Exert excellent skills in managing a complex sale of enterprise software including prospecting, needs assessment, presentations and closing sales opportunities through long sales cycles.
    5. Promptly and professionally respond to, and maintain communication with, interested prospective clients.
    6. Learn Echo’s electronic health record and billing software.
    7. Develop a clear understanding of the behavioral healthcare industry.
    8. Meet quarterly and annual sales quota.
    9. Perform software presentations and demonstrations via the Internet, and at client locations and at industry events

    Essential Duties, Responsibilities, and Requirements

    • The ability to develop and analyze a plan for maximizing territory revenue.
    • The ability to pursue leads and move them successfully through the sales process.
    • Experience in complex enterprise software sales
    • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
    • Must be creative, self-motivated and organized.
    • Knowledge of behavioral health industry desirable.
    • Knowledge of software/technology implementation desirable.
    • Skilled negotiator with ability to close deals.
    • Experience in delivering value to existing customers as an account manager in a technology or healthcare setting.
    • One or more years of software or healthcare sales or related sales experience.
    • Travel is required. 50% travel is common.

    Educational Requirements

    Bachelor’s degree required. One or more years of software or healthcare sales or related sales experience is required. An understanding of Behavioral Health is a plus.

    Project Manager

    Position Location: Conway, NH

    Summary

    The Project Manager is responsible for the successful deployment of Echo products and services. It involves the development and execution of project plans, and coordinating the teams responsible for the effective and timely implementation of Echo software solutions. This position has no direct report supervisory responsibilities.

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities

    • Effective and efficient delivery of all services within scope of the project, on-time and within budget
    • Serve as a trusted adviser and consultant to customers, guiding them through the decision-making process for configuring Echo software.
    • Fulfill project management responsibilities:
      • Understand customer’s business needs;
      • Establish project timelines;
      • Collaborate with cross-department teams to ensure successful delivery of project services,
      • Manage customer expectations through communication of deliverables, scope change requests, and risks to project;
      • Accurately track project tasks and revenue; and
      • Bring project to closure and hand-off to Support
    • Ensure project team provides highest quality services
    • Demonstrate thorough knowledge of Echo products and services
    • Configure Echo software based on customer requirements
    • Deliver training and implementation services at customer site and via the web
    • Serve as primary point of contact for customer and Echo teams during project roll-out
    • May be required to deliver training and implementation services at customer site and via the web
    • Produce and maintain billable hours per defined requirements
    • Fulfill other duties as assigned

    Data Center Manager

    Summary
    Responsible for the overall planning, organization, and execution of all IT and SaaS functions. This includes directing all IT operations to meet corporate and customer requirements as well as the support and maintenance of existing applications and development of new technical solutions. Responsible for the sales and growth of both IT and Cloud services.

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities

    • Accountable for the management, mentoring and career development of all IT staff
    • Direct the preparation and implementation of policies, procedures and standards
    • Responsible for researching and evaluating new technologies that will improve service and/or reduce costs to the company
    • Ensure compliance with all software licensing agreements. Manage and safeguard software media and associated licenses
    • Identify areas of risk and recommend paths forward to reduce that risk. This includes disaster recovery plans, PC refresh and replacement schedules
    • Analyzes business needs and recommends technical solutions
    • Ensures the consistency and maintainability of Echo mission critical applications and infrastructure by creating, maintaining, and enforcing standards/procedure for implementing technical solutions
    • Directs and prioritizes the work load of subordinate
    • Participates on all hardware and software evaluations and maintains vendor contracts
    • Represents the IT function at review meeting when appropriate
    • Directs education programs for staff
    • Perform liaison duties between users, operations, and programming personnel in the areas of development technology decisions and how it impacts customers hardware/application purchases
    • Manage and monitor configurations to ensure Echo environments(s) are protected from unauthorized access
    • Manage and monitor SaaS requirements for deviations from Service Level Agreement
    • Ensure IT and SaaS functions are performed to achieve or exceed the expected operating standards
    • Ensure technology and applications efficiency, reliability and security through the use of best/standard business practices and effective management
    • Manage and ensure security of PHI
    • Marketing of IT and Cloud services

    Educational Requirements

    • Bachelor’s level degree in computer science preferred.
    • A minimum of ten years experience in the maintenance of a LAN/WAN environment required. CCNP and MSCE desired. Strong Technical knowledge of network routing, Microsoft RDS Gateway and SQL Server required.

    Director, Project Management

    Summary

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities
    The Director, Project Management will lead Echo’s efforts to enable and enhance customers’ utilization of Echo products and services through:

    • Developing Echo’s Project Management, Training and Implementation team throughout the U.S.
    • Provide direct oversight and participate in major projects
    • Allocating staff to projects and managing them to successful system implementation
    • Building and enhancing the project management framework and training tools necessary for customer success
    • Developing service offerings that enable customers to implement additional product functionality
    • Develop an annual business plan for existing customer services, including establishment of revenue goals
    • Work with Sales, Marketing, and Product Development teams to support corporate growth and product functionality leadership. Build relationships with customers and continue
      Requirements

        The ideal candidate will have excellent oral and written communications, interpersonal, negotiation, project planning, judgment, leadership, decision-making, analysis and problem-solving skills. Other requirements include:

      • Outstanding project management skills
      • Ability to use Microsoft Word, Excel, Project and PowerPoint.
      • Strong team-building skills
      • Strong knowledge of EMR/EHR implementation methodologies and best practice
      • Ability to interact with client and senior management
