Vice President of Sales & Marketing
Director of Sales, Northwest Territory
Director of Sales, Northeast Territory

The Director of Sales will generate sales of all Echo products and services to new and existing customers. This includes Clinician’s Desktop/Revenue Manager, ShareCare; Revenue Cycle Management, SaaS, and IT Consulting Services. You will represent Echo at trade shows, conferences and seminars on a national scale. Exert excellent skills in managing a complex sale of enterprise software including prospecting, needs assessment, presentations and closing sales opportunities through long sales cycles. Promptly and professionally respond to, and maintain communication with interested prospective clients. Perform software presentations and demonstrations via the internet and at client locations and at industry levels.

Job Requirements

Candidates are required to have experience in behavioral health or electronic health record..

  • Ability to develop and analyze a plan for maximizing territory revenue. Ability to pursue leads and move them successfully through the sales process.
  • Experience in complex enterprise software sales.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Must be self-motivated, creative and organized.
  • Knowledge of software\technology implementation desirable.
  • Skilled negotiator with ability to close deals.
  • Experience in delivering value to existing customers as an account manager in a technology or healthcare setting.
  • One or more years of software or healthcare sales or related sales experience.


  • Bachelor’s Degree required
  • One or more years of software or healthcare sales or related sales experience is also required.

Salary is base pay plus commission.

This position will cover the Northeast territory. Position is based out of our Conway, NH office. Up to 50% travel is required.
