Senior Account
Manager
Echo is seeking an experienced sales person. Strong communication
skills and the ability to interface with high level state and agency executives
in decision-making positions; proficiency in negotiating and closing six-figure
contracts required. You will learn Echo’s electronic health record
and billing software, understand the behavioral healthcare industry, and
build long-term relationships with current and future Echo clients.
Bachelor’s degree with one or more years of healthcare, computer
software or related work experience. Travel is required. Behavioral Health
Industry experience/exposure is a plus.

Project Manager
We are seeking a self-starter who is ready for the challenges, responsibilities,
and rewards that come with working in a high-energy, fast-paced environment.
The Echo Group is dedicated to providing software solutions for Behavioral
Healthcare. As one of the leaders in the industry, Echo is in the process
of growing the business. This position is located in Conway, NH in the
heart of the beautiful Mount

Primary Responsibilities
1. Work collaboratively with Business Analysts to understand, establish
and execute a strategy for customer projects to ensure a unified approach
to the customer.
2. Manage other Echo staff as required to function as a multidisciplinary
team of experts contributing to project completion.
3. Be the primary point of customer contact regarding project activities
and concerns.
4. Responsible to establish project plans and deliver project management
services for contracted service packages.
5. Coordinate all services in the context of the project plans.

6. Monitor ongoing installations and report regularly
a. Individual billing performance
b. Project status
i. Customer satisfaction

7. Deliver billable implementation and training services (e.g. software
installation/configuration, screen design, report development, customer

Required knowledge, skills and abilities:
1. Strong project/process management skills
2. Staff management skills
3. Presentation skills
4. Ability to create an effective system for successful completion of
customer projects.
5. Insight into the needs of Behavioral Health organizations.
6. Ability to create cross-functional working teams without having direct
management responsibility for those team members.
7. Ability to travel up to 80% of time.
8. Strong Windows-based computer skills
9. General knowledge of information technology, including networks, PC’s
and server hardware/software.
10. Basic understanding of SQL Server
Required education and experience:
Bachelor’s Degree. Experience in software implementation, project
management and healthcare environments.

Software Engineer
We are seeking an innovative, creative and experienced Software Engineer

· Participate in designing, developing, testing, integrating, and

Experience

· Eclipse, familiarity with Tomcat, Jrun and / or Jboss a plus
· Cold Fusion knowledge a plus
