Besides Echo's software solutions, we can also provide your organization with consultative services to help your agency be more successful.  At the heart of these services is the Process Impact Study.

The Process Impact Study is a three-day onsite preliminary analysis of process delivery to discover inconsistencies regarding organizational structure, breakdowns in communication, ambiguous process controls, lack of core job understanding and their financial ramifications.

Typically the three-day site visit examines a cross section of the most widely utilized service delivery systems to understand trends and workflows. The customer can further define the focus of the Process Impact Study to target specific programs, locations and areas of inquiry with the time available. Longer on-site reviews can be arranged if necessary.

Once a thorough review of the organizational service delivery processes is completed, Echo staff will produce an Organizational Process Impact Study document that includes the following content areas: flowcharting of reviewed clinical and/or reimbursement processes, application utilization, re-design recommendations and techniques to improve inefficiencies. The document will be useful to a variety of stakeholders concerned with organizational processes including management staff and Echo Team members.
