The Echo Group Promotes Matthew Caggiano to CEO

Matt Caggiano, Echo CEOCONWAY, NH — The Echo Group, a New Hampshire company providing software and services to Behavioral Healthcare organizations nationwide since 1980, has promoted Matthew Caggiano to Chief Executive Officer. Caggiano is an accomplished Healthcare IT sales and operations executive with over 20 years of industry experience.

Caggiano came to Echo as Chief Operating Officer in December 2015 charged with leading the Sales and Marketing, Professional Services, Support, and Revenue Cycle Management areas. A motivational leader, business strategist, and skilled tactician, Caggiano made an immediate impact at Echo with his energy, enthusiasm, and experience. He’s worked closely with his teams to develop and execute successful sales strategies and operating processes.

Before Echo, Caggiano was Vice President, Population Health Sales for Allscripts — a $1.4B healthcare information technology company headquartered in Chicago — overseeing all Population Health Sales in the United States Healthcare Market.

A native New Englander, Caggiano grew up on Cape Cod, MA and received his bachelor’s degree from Merrimack College. Caggiano, his wife Allyssa, and their two children, have recently relocated to central Maine.
