9/8/10 - IMPORTANT HOTEL INFORMATION UPDATE

The Sheraton Harborside has completely sold out of hotel rooms.  We have secured another block of rooms at the Hampton Inn and Suites, which is just a 15 minute walk from the Sheraton (shuttle buses will also be available).

To book your room at the Hampton Inn, please do the following:

Call the hotel directly at (603) 431-6111 and say you are part of The Echo Group room block.

• $139/night + tax

• Free Parking

• Free Shuttle to the Sheraton

• They will start at 8 am running shuttles to the Sheraton - it's a 10 person van

• Call for pickup to return to the Hampton Inn.

• This shuttle will also be available to get people to restaurants at night.

Portland International Jetport (PWM)

Boston's Logan Airport (BOS)

Manchester Boston Regional Airport (MHT) in Manchester, NH.

The insider travel tip is to check airfare for your market at all three airports. The difference might just pay for your car rental.

Ground Transportation

Portsmouth is a wonderful, user-friendly city and New Hampshire in the fall is spectacular. The Sheraton is walking distance to all parts of downtown Portsmouth. If you want to take public transportation from the airports, there are several options on each airport's websites.

If you are traveling from Boston's Logan Airport and looking for the least expensive option, C & J Trailways will provide transportation to Pease Tradeport in the Portsmouth Area. From there the hotel is a $14 cab ride away.
