Mono County Live with ShareCare in Six Weeks

Six weeks after the start of implementation of ShareCare™ at Mono County Mental Health Services, the County is enjoying the many benefits of ShareCare’s Clinical, Fiscal and ePrescribing functionality.

The County is using ShareCare’s full suite of product functionality, including Treatment Plans, Progress Notes and the Scheduler. Because of ShareCare’s California-specific functionality, Mono is able to use the product for CalOMS reporting, UMDAP, to produce an 837 Short Doyle, as well as the production of the required CSI reports.

During the vendor selection process, Mono County worked with Echo to identify the challenges they had with their previous vendor with failed attempts to manage reimbursement strategies.. Echo was focused on delivering a functional system to Mono so they could maintain client services. A project plan was mapped out with Mono County staff to convert data from their legacy system and get them live with ShareCare as quickly as possible.
