MEMPHIS, MI – Seven months after finalizing a contract, Sacred Heart Rehabilitation Center in Memphis, Michigan is enjoying the benefits of Echo software and billing services. The organization is now converted to The Echo Group’s Clinician’s DesktopÔ electronic health record, Revenue ManagerÔ billing software and Echo’s Transaction Management Billing Services.
With nine offices located across Southeastern Michigan, Sacred Heart Rehabilitation Center is a leading provider in the State with an extensive array of behavioral health services including substance use disorder prevention and treatment, mental illness treatment, HIV/AIDS prevention and care management. Sacred Heart is led by CEO and President, Grady Wilkinson. Mr. Wilkinson is also a member of the Board of Directors for the Mental Health Corporations of America (www.mhca.com).
“Switching to The Echo Group’s Clinician’s Desktop and Revenue Manager software is helping Sacred Heart Rehabilitation Center apply technology to better and more efficiently serve our clients. Sacred Heart looks forward to fully implementing our electronic clinical record with its clinical decision support tools to further enhance both service quality and client safety. Our relationship with The Echo Group has enabled Sacred Heart to get up and running in a short amount of time,” remarked Mr. Wilkinson.
Sacred Heart needed to implement a solution quickly. The Echo Group worked closely with Sacred Heart to assess organizational needs and deliver. A unique aspect of this implementation was Sacred Heart’s decision to have their service providers and administrative staff utilize Echo software but for Echo’s Transactions Management Billing Services team to take over the submission of billing claims and related collections.
