Sacred Heart Rehabilitation Center Live with Echo Software in Seven Months

MEMPHIS, MI – Seven months after finalizing a contract, Sacred Heart Rehabilitation Center in Memphis, Michigan is enjoying the benefits of Echo software and billing services. The organization is now converted to The Echo Group’s Clinician’s DesktopÔ electronic health record, Revenue ManagerÔ billing software and Echo’s Transaction Management Billing Services.

With nine offices located across Southeastern Michigan, Sacred Heart Rehabilitation Center is a leading provider in the State with an extensive array of behavioral health services including substance use disorder prevention and treatment, mental illness treatment, HIV/AIDS prevention and care management. A unique aspect of this implementation was Sacred Heart’s decision to have their service providers and administrative staff utilize Echo software but for Echo’s Transactions Management Billing Services team to take over the submission of billing claims and related collections.
