Services
When you purchase an Echo product, you are not just buying a piece of software: you are buying a partnership that supports you during those first months of transition, then for the rest of your years as an Echo customer.
Software Implementation
Our Implementation Specialists start you on your way with a “kick off call” and stay by your side as you and your staff transition to an electronic information system. During the implementation cycle, you will have a guiding hand walk you through one of the largest projects you may ever undertake as an agency.
During the implementation process, the Echo customer is assigned a Business Analyst. Business Analysts are a team of senior staff who provide a single point of contact for our customers and are responsible for the ongoing customer relationship. The Business Analyst will remain a key contact for the customer throughout all phases of the relationship with Echo.

Process Impact Study & Project Initiation
Project Initiation Meeting
At the beginning of the implementation process, a project initiation visit or phone conference is provided to review the project milestones and identify key personnel at the agency who will be involved in the implementation.
Process Impact Study
As part of the implementation process, a Process Impact Study will be performed. The goal of this study is to provide agency staff with an analysis of their workflow processes in order to help them identify and achieve organizational objectives. In addition, The Echo Group will have a better understanding of the organizational set-up and current issues to better clarify your current and ongoing needs.
Once a thorough review of the organizational service delivery processes is completed, Echo staff produces a number of documents, including: workflow analysis documentation, application utilization and re-design recommendations, service delivery costs analysis and techniques to improve efficiencies. This document can be utilized by the Echo implementation team and by agency staff during the implementation process as an initial guideline and roadmap.
Echo’s IT staff will also be heavily involved in the implementation process. They have extensive knowledge with Infrastructure design and implementation, System Recovery, security planning, implementation and management.
