The Echo Group recently named Ben Pease its new Chief Financial Officer. Pease will provide strategic leadership and help the company reach it’s near- and long-term corporate goals.
The Echo Group is a New Hampshire company providing software and services to Behavioral Healthcare organizations nationwide since 1981. It’s Visual Health Record (VHR) is the first and only Electronic Health Record giving users a single screen view of client activity displaying a visual story that enables deeper insight and better quality of care.
“Adding Ben Pease is the final appointment to an experienced senior leadership team assembled to specifically drive growth in new license sales, revenue cycle management services, and new product development,” said Echo Chairman George Epstein. “This growth will further our collective ability to deliver on Echo’s Mission to make our customers the most clinically effective and financially strong behavioral health organizations in America.”
Pease has wide ranging financial leadership experience from owning his own consulting firm to working to help grow small businesses and Fortune 50 companies. Pease also worked in private equity facilitating the purchase, growth and sale of 35 businesses over three sectors: hospitality, services, and technology.
Working with Wing Enterprises Manufacturing Pease implemented integrated systems and controls that helped facilitate the company’s revenue growth from $12 million to over $200 million in an 18-month period.

A California native, Pease received his Bachelor of Science in management from Pepperdine University and is an MBA Candidate in finance in Pepperdine’s Graziadio School of Business and Management.
